Over $10 billion in assets have flowed into pooled employer plans (PEPs) since they were launched in 2021. PIM allows Independent Recordkeepers and TPAs to meet the demands of this ever-expanding market. Cloud-based and SOC2 certified, the platform is secure and self-service, allowing employers who join a PEP, MEP or Church Plan to onboard their company and provide withholding data with each payroll. This reduces fiduciary risk and cost of servicing for TPAs.

Simplified Funding and Management
Payroll withholdings are aggregated across multiple employers within a PEP and sent in aggregate to the custodial account on a daily basis, reducing ACH fees. Data is rolled-up into a single entry per plan, streamlining reconciliation of withholdings within a plan. All demographic, payroll and census data is easily exportable to external recordkeeping systems.
