How can Human Resources technology accelerate mergers and acquisitions?
A mid-sized firm came to 7SM with an ambitious plan to scale its workforce across Washington State by consolidating other businesses under its corporate umbrella. To move quickly, it needed a technology system that could integrate multiple payroll and retirement systems into a single whole. We built an HR data interchange and an administrative dashboard that allowed the business to fold dozens of companies into its structure, making it one of the state’s largest employers.
